Christmas stay
4/5 Wife, Mom, Son, and myself. The location was in the middle of our Seattle family so short trips to different houses for festive gatherings. It was nice to be close to our Seattle family for the holiday. Being close to a busy road made for noisy vehicle sounds. The townhouse was comfortable and everything worked. The parking was tight, but we fit two cars.

Comfortable and Modern Townhouse
5/5 We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the 3 story townhouse that is conveniently located to the Green Lake area. It is a modern clean home with comfortable beds, spacious living room with an adjoining kitchen that included the essential amenities. Excellent for young families with young children and/or pets. Host was very nice and helpful, and was easy to communicate with. There are stairs that could be difficult for older adults or disabled individuals. Near busy street but was very quiet and relaxing.

Comfortable townhouse

Great place and amazing location!
5/5 Our family of 5 (plus our dog) had a great stay! Very clean, very spacious and a very organized kitchen! The location was perfect for our stay, 10-12 mins to downtown, 10 mins to the university of Washington and only minutes to Green Lake (our kids loved the soccer fields). The place was exactly what we needed for our stay! Cliff was also extremely responsive when we had a question.
Seattle Visit
4/5 We met my sister and her husband in Seattle for a summer getaway. The townhouse we stayed at was in a great location and close to all the activities we visited around the city. Everywhere we visited was typically within 30 miles and was a short drive minus the usual I5 traffic. It was nice finding a spot that was dog-friendly as well for my sister's pups! When we stayed the weather was unusually warm which made the third floor quite hot. My only critique would be that while the listing says the house has air-conditioning, it's not central air and only cools the main living area not the bottom and top level. But layout was nice and location was great!
