  Lovely amenities and great location near Green Lake. Road noise from nearby traffic was the only downside.

  Pros:

  * Many bedrooms

  * Clean

  * Near Green Lake

  Cons:

  * Way too hot for sleeping. Thermostat set to 78F in the summer - what?? Didn't discover until next day. Portable AC helped - for that one room.

  * Significant road noise. Did we mention how difficult sleeping was?

  * Scanty amenities, like 3 teaspoons of sugar in a bowl. Are sugar packets from Costco too expensive? Are you afraid your guests are going to steal them?

  * Freezer tray broken and frozen over - very difficult to pull out and utilize.

  * Sooo many stairs to navigate, esp with luggage

  * Cleaning person shows up right at 11am and parks in the alleyway, blocking our cars as we are trying to leave. How clueless is that?

  -We provide an A/C unit in the primary bedroom along with fans in every bedroom to help with temperature control. The thermostat was displaying a temperature of 78°F, but it is not set to that temperature.
  -Road noise can be a challenge in our location, so we’ve equipped each bedroom with noise machines to help create a quieter sleep environment.
  -We’re sorry the kitchen amenities didn’t meet your expectations. We’ve since restocked items like sugar, salt, and sweeteners to ensure future guests have everything they need.
  -This is the first we’ve heard about the freezer tray issue, and we’re addressing it promptly to make sure it doesn’t affect future guests.
  -The three-story layout is mentioned in the listing, and we include photos to help guests understand the home’s layout before booking.
  -Our cleaning team adheres to strict schedules, and we apologize if their timely arrival caused any inconvenience during your departure.

• Very comfortable stay in Seattle!!

  Our family of five found this halfplex comfortable and enjoyable. Location was good and we drove back and forth on Aurora Street to the downtown area attractions. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms, comfortable couch for watching the Paris Olympics.

• Great family time

  This property worked very well for us with three generations in the group and a small selection of dogs. Traffic noise from 85th is easily abated with fans provided, AC unit took care of the living area. Host Cliff is very prompt and helpful for any issues. Easy access to Green Lake and plenty of wonderful food all around. Great stay!

• Christmas stay

  Wife, Mom, Son, and myself. The location was in the middle of our Seattle family so short trips to different houses for festive gatherings. It was nice to be close to our Seattle family for the holiday. Being close to a busy road made for noisy vehicle sounds. The townhouse was comfortable and everything worked. The parking was tight, but we fit two cars.
