Clean and Comfortable
5/5 We needed something close to Rays Boathouse for a wedding we were attending. This place was perfect for that. Very clean and there were a number of eating places within a short walk. The Ballard Locks were very close and we enjoyed a morning walk to explore them. The host had coffee and tea in the unit which was very much appreciated. This is an older building and the bottom floor. You do get the footsteps from the upstairs apartment.

Perfect location!
4/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the perfect garden apartment! It had everything we needed to stay here comfortably. The beds were just right in crisp white bedding, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and grill. The Keurig and washer/dryer were easy to use. We grilled and spent time in the yard also. Walkable to the lochs, Ballard Farmers Market, the movie theater, and many restaurants! Highly recommend!
