Fantastic Location - Fantastic Comfort
4/5 When traveling to the Seattle area, we found this hidden gem to accommodate our family of 9. quite well. This split level 4 bedroom home had queen sized beds in each room, which worked well for our large family perfectly! The extra large kitchen and 2 sitting rooms was also a real plus. The laundry room was roomy and well equipped to handle all our needs. The bonus table tennis in the garage was an awesome find! All beds were exceptionally comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was a real plus for the number of guests permitted. Our only issue with the home was that the ice maker did not seem to work through the exterior door dispenser. The only other issue was that when attempting to contact the contact person, Carolina, she never called back or emailed (I provided both in my message to her). Thankfully, we were able to determine our needs/questions upon arrival without needing her help. It was quite discouraging though to not receive a call back or email.
4/5 My extended family (8 people ages 25-80 yo) headed to Seattle for a football game and wanted to be close to downtown but away from the city scene and this home was perfect! Roughly 15 mins to downtown so Uber's weren't too expensive and worth it considering the price of parking! Very updated clean home. New sheets, towels, bathrooms were spotless, beds were comfy and lots of kitchen utensils/plates/cups/etc! And we never ran out of hot water with 8 people showering and running the dish washer! I'd stay here again and would highly recommend.Cons - -Keurig - no coffee machine. I'm not the biggest fan of Keurigs (unless there's reusable pods). But if the house sleeps 10 people, it would take a long time for everyone to get a cup of joe. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it as our family are BIG coffee drinkers. We drove to a Starbucks that was 5-10 mins away.-spiders - It's the PNW so we get it. But there were many big spiders by the trash and one of our company got a small bite. Nothing big...but it was the first thing we saw when we walked into the gate.Pros outweigh the Cons hands down!
