4/5 Overall the property was nice for 2 individuals. The living area and kitchen were very comfortable. I was disappointed you couldn’t use the TV if you didn’t already have a membership to a streaming service. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom has no AC and I found it very warm. It was too noisy (road noise) and light (neighbors and street lights) to sleep with the windows open.

Good times in Seattle
5/5 We were very happy with our stay in this cute townhome. Much better than staying in the pricy hotels. It was well kept, clean, and provided a comfortable setting for relaxation. I would recommend staying here.
Seattle Getaway
4/5 Very nice townhouse! Clean, tasteful and wonderful tiered patio outside. The dedicated parking spot was a plus. After dark the adjacent playground and parking lot attracted some alternative action, but nothing seemed out-of-hand.

Eclectic Seattle Townhome-Seattle stay
5/5 The property was just as described and nicer than the photos-perfect for two couples! The amenities were much appreciated-well stocked items in the kitchen (utensils, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, etc) were a welcome surprise! The washer, dryer and choices of laundry detergent were an added bonus! A little tricky to find (even w/ Evolve’s directions and GPS) but once we did, very nice area and parking was at our doorstep. One reviewer commented on “two steep staircases” to the bedrooms-there is a staircase once you enter the townhouse to the living area and kitchen and a second set of stairs to the bedrooms. Stairs are not steep; the four of us are 64+ and use the stairs in our own homes infrequently and had no issues. We extended our stay and communication w/ the Evolve team to do so was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more home-y week long accommodations!
