  The location was great, the house was clean. There were some major safety concerns (exposed wires, light fixtures hanging from the wires, outlet not properly screwed into the wall, no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, missing floor tiles in the kitchen, window that didn’t lock, deck railing that was stapled that a small child could easily fall through).
