  We booked a house for our son's wedding in Woodinville for Sept/October 2020, unfortunately due to COVID we had to cancel as a travel ban was in effect.

  I was disappointed we did not receive a refund as many other friends and family received one from Verbo and other rental properties. Evolve would only credit us with our deposit which was significant.

  In 2022 we looked for a place in Woodinville but no Evolve rentals in this area- we had to go to Renton to accommodate 8 people. This location was not the best- travel was an issue.

  The "Renton Retreat" was anything but a retreat. We found the house to be unclean-- missing lights covers on the ceiling revealing layers and layers of dust. The ceiling also

  had wire hanging out. The backyard was filled with lawnmowers, exercise equipment, various other junk partially covered by many tarps across the entire back yard. Not a place you would want to sit outside and enjoy the "outside". There were no chairs anyway even if we wanted to sit out back. There was a glass table on the front porch, but the chairs were so dirty we would not be able to sit out there without taking off all the covers- and washing them to possibly remove the mold. Most of the closets were unkept- towels and sheets bunched together- nothing folded filled with junk.

  The towels were not clean- makeup on them- The drain in one of the tubs was missing so could not be used for soaking, the cover for faucets in one of the showers was missing, the drawers throughout the place were filled with junk.

  The kitchen drawers were filled with questionable utensils. There were no potholders-- and as a result one of the guests was burned when using a towel. Very little dishwashing liquid- 2 large empty laundry detergent bottles, one cabinet in kitchen had missing hinges, the formal couch was missing an arm...... the list goes on and on.

  The air conditioner consisted of a makeshift unit in TV room partially put in an open window. If the weather had been hotter, we would have suffered, as it was, we were uncomfortable during the day. I do not consider one portable unit " air conditioning " for the house. One key for the house and no garage door opener. The contact person, identified as "maintenance", said he could not provide another key or garage door opener.

  This was not a good home to host guests - it was an embarrassment and required a lot of work to make one comfortable.

  For this reason, I do not recommend Evolve nor this property.
