Too expensive for what it was
3/5 We were looking for an Education Hill home large enough to house our two families, and in that respect we got what we expected. Many items of furniture were cheap and of poor quality: the living room coffee table in particular wobbled like it was about to fall over. The rental fee and additional fees were exorbitant. The home was clean, in a convenient neighborhood for us, and it was nice to have a backyard for the kids; however, we would not stay here again.

5/5 Our family was in town for a high school graduation. This was a great location. Convenient access to downtown Redmond - restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to/from seattle. This single floor house was perfect for our mom with limited mobility.

Great location and good space
5/5 Enjoyed the open space and convenience of this location. Good amenities and it was nice to have space for our guests to park. We did encounter a few maintenance issues (e.g., broken curtain rod, leaky shower), but nothing major to deter the overall enjoyment. A good central location to explore Seattle and the surrounding areas.
