  Another fabulous stay on Liberty Bay! An abundance of sunshine and outdoor activities. Kayaking, beach combing the low tides and wrapped the day enjoying a sky filled with stars around the campfire. Communication with property manager easy, available. Property is clean, comfortable and conveniently located yet very private. Experienced a peaceful week, look forward to our next visit.

• Great house and location but poor communication

  Title says it all. The house and location were great but we were given the wrong access code. It was cold and dark and late at night when we arrived. The code we were given didn’t work. A backup code we were given didn’t work. Telephone numbers provided for assistance weren’t very helpful. I talked to multiple people including one person who complained I was being short with them. This while I was standing outside a strange house, in complete darkness, while it was very cold and getting absolutely no assistance. After many calls we finally did obtain the correct code. It probably took 30 mins. When we finally obtained the key the stay was fine.

  -We recently welcomed a new housekeeper, and unfortunately, the code provided based on the last four digits of the previous guest's phone number turned out to be incorrect. Regrettably, it appears that the code was set incorrectly by the previous housekeeper. However, our new housekeeper adeptly handled the situation by utilizing the emergency lock box to gain access to the property.
  -Upon identifying the discrepancy, we promptly notified Evolve regarding inaccuracies within the pre-stay instructions, notably the misrepresentation of the emergency lockbox's location, erroneously depicted as situated within the house. Before the guest's arrival, we diligently communicated the accurate whereabouts of the emergency lockbox along with its corresponding access code to Evolve.
  -Despite our proactive efforts, an unforeseen issue arose during the guest's stay, resulting in difficulty accessing the property. Even following Evolve's late-night outreach at 10:30 p.m., the provided instructions remained inaccurate. Subsequently, we liaised with Evolve to rectify the situation, clarifying that the correct lockbox code should have been the last four digits of the guest's phone number.
  -To mitigate such issues in the future, we've upgraded to a keyless entry system, replacing the lockbox. Additionally, a motion spotlight has been installed at the front door for enhanced security and convenience.
  -From us here at Evolve, we extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the access code mishap, resulting in the property not being readily accessible upon your arrival. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please know that the owner has a track record of delivering exceptional 5-star experiences to their guests, as evidenced by previous feedback. Rest assured, we are dedicated to promptly resolving such incidents and ensuring that future stays meet the highest standards of excellence.

• Perfect spot!

  We loved everything about this house. The porch facing the water was wonderful and we spent hours here, watching the boats, birds and changing weather. The house was well-stocked for travelers and very comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and quiet neighborhood, with restaurants not far away.
