  • Paradise on earth!!

    5/5

This is the most cozy houses with the best picturesque views from the windows that I have ever stayed in. Every single window has a beautiful view. Close to everything. The owner is wonderful also!! She had lots of information for us, and ideas of things to do. I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!!

This is a great house with a gorgeous view. We were a family of 5 adults and had plenty of room. The house is very close to the Olympic National Park entrance and Port of Angeles has some great restaurants to choose from. Grocery stores are close by and the kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware so we were able to prepare meals as well. Would highly recommend this home.

  • The BEST vacation rental I've ever stayed in!!

    5/5

My 17-year-old son and I stayed in this incredible home from August 11-18 as the base for our Olympic National Park adventure. When I say this is the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in, I'm not exaggerating! From the moment we arrived, hosts Emma and Scott made us feel right at home! From stocking the fridge with drinks and leaving snacks on the counter, to a list of local recommendations, they truly went above and beyond. The house itself is an absolute gem. It's immaculate, spacious, and the master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It also has so much historic charm. By far, though, the gorgeous picture window in the living room is what makes this place feel like heaven on earth. I spent hours staring out the window, watching the boats and birds go by. Port Angeles is a lovely little town and is the perfect location if you're visiting Olympic National Park. We especially enjoyed dining in town at Downriggers, Next Door Gastropub, and the Hook and Line Pub. For some hard-earned takeout after hiking all day, don't miss driving through Firehouse Burgers. We made sure to hit it twice! Olympic National Park is nothing short of amazing. Our favorite spots included Hurricane Ridge, the Hoh Rainforest, Rialto Beach, and Spruce Railroad Trail. The grand finale of our trip was hiking Mount Storm King. It's no easy feat, but the payoff at the top is worth it despite the sketchiness after the end of the "maintained trail." (Don't forget to bring gloves for the "ropes" section.) When we return to Port Angeles, there's nowhere else we'd stay other than this fabulous home. There are nights now when I close my eyes and picture myself back in front of the picture window, watching and hearing the horn of the Coho Ferry coming in from Victoria. Do not pass up the chance to stay in this one-of-a-kind rental. I would give it 100 stars if I could!! We cannot wait to return one day.
