Beautiful escape
5/5 This was such a fun place to stay with my family (two adults, one kid, one dog) from Seattle and our friends (two adults, two kids, one dog) from Portland. About halfway between, so easy drive for everyone. And the kids and dogs had a blast on the beach, in the funicular, in the separate media room - just everywhere. Meanwhile the balcony and the under-cover back porch provided peaceful moments with a cup of coffee for the adults. Would love to come back.
Amazing spot right on the water!
5/5 Our family had a great time enjoying the views (including Mt. Rainier), kayaking, and relaxing around the fire and in the hot tub. The home and location are beautiful and fully accurate to the listing. Tracey is a fantastic and responsive host. Would love to go back again sometime!

Incredible views, charming home
5/5 The house is older but feels quaint in a cozy way. The views and the outdoor space is what makes this an easy 5 star review though.
Mt Rainier is front and center when you look outside (even from your bed in the morning 😍) and we saw SO MUCH WILDLIFE! I grew up in Washington and I saw more wildlife in 3 days at this property than I did in basically all my childhood.
There were seals, herons, scores of porpoises playing, fish jumping out of the water, the occasional raccoon, I woke up to deer walking along the shore every morning, and I even saw an otter on the floating dock. I honestly felt like I had walked into a Disney movie. The sunsets were breathtaking. The sunrises even better.
And the view from the hot tub is something else entirely.
Do yourself a favor and stay here. I know I'll be back!

5/5 We loved our stay. The location offers unique and unparalleled views, and the house itself is beautiful and clean. The tram was so convenient and a hit with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home
5/5 This amazing home just steps from Johnson Point is comfortable and well-equipped. The setting with the waves lapping at the shore and Mt. Rainier in the distance is the perfect getaway. And the tram to access the property is not only practical, it's a fun ride. I highly recommend this home.
