  • Great Property

The home is wonderful. Clean and well appointed with most everything you would need for fun and relaxation. Unfortunately, the outdoor living spaces did not appear to have received any preparation for guests. The back deck was filthy, table, cushions, et al. The tiki torches and propane were empty. The kayaks needed a good clean out before use. We are not against a bit of clean up; however, one would or should expect a property to be fully prepared upon arrival. We still had a good time. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property!

  • Great location

The Peacock House is a lovely home, very clean, well maintained and the kitchen contains all the amenities. The decks and backyard are great areas to sit while enjoying the quiet and the lake view. Unfortunately rain deterred us from using the provided boats. One note of caution, the garage/bedroom light is controlled by a motion detector and the light is activated when one turns over in bed.We were disappointed with the management company. Calls to the provided phone number were answered by the message”the party dialed is not accepting calls at this time” and 2 emails to the listed address never received a response.

  • Nice Lake House

This lake house is a nice little spot in Lacey/Olympia, WA. My wife and I stayed there with our 1 yr old and it was a great stay. If you have kids under 2-3 I recommend on bringing baby gates, but besides that the house itself has everything you need. The view of the lake is excellent, especially on a nice sunny afternoon. The only downside we had during our stay was the condition of the lake patio and lake toys. There were tons of spider webs and it looked like it hadn't been addressed in a while. It was mid May and had been raining, but during our stay it was 70 and once we cleaned it up, it was good to go.Overall it was a very nice getaway weekend and I would absolutely recommend this spot, especially come summer time.

    Manager's Response:

From the owner: "Jeff, we are so glad you enjoyed your visit. I appreciate the feedback. We actually have scheduled the entire house, dock, and decks to be pressure washed in the next couple of weeks, so that should help. We hope you get a chance to visit again."
