Easy place to stay
5/5 Enjoyed the backyard and sitting by the water. Convenient to lots of beaches. House clean and neat. Had everything you need.

Home away from home
5/5 Had a wonderful time.. It was so peaceful to watch the canal go from left to right.. And the thoughtful amenities couldn't be better. Thank You Helms.

4/5 The master closet is nice and big to fit a pack and play in there, they had lots of comfy blankets and pillows which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the beds were not our taste, they were very firm and uncomfortable (bring a mattress topper if you can). The view is beautiful and we enjoyed roasting s'mores by the fire, only a quick drive to the jetty for the sunset! This was really nice for us because we have a bigger family and I do believe its more bang for your buck. I would bring your own cutting board because the one there is plastic and pretty worn. Do not leave any food out! Big raccons roam around at night, we had a big one out on the front porch and he was enjoying our chocolate and hamburger buns.
Overrall we had a great stay with a few very minor things that could be easily improved.

Clean and cozy home
5/5 Nice place and very cleaned.
The price for the night is reasonable but the extra fees are exaggerated , we paid more than half of the total for the 3 nights in extra service fee.
The check out is also very early but I asked for an extra hour and the host in charged allowed us to do that. Thank you again for that.
