Little Yellow Cottage
5/5 Quiet location in a cove and no wake zone on Diamond Lake. History of the cottage and the family shared in a very well thought binder. Peaceful sun porch with a breakfast nook for morning tea and devotions. Close to Newport which history is well worth exploring in the museum and historical buildings such as Owen’s Deli, which still has the old time soda fountain they serve from still.

Little Yellow Cottage
4/5 Host is very thorough in putting together a great binder of the history of the cottage, the family, things around the area to see and do, information about staying at the Little Yellow Cottage, where to locate items, etc.
We brought kayaks and went out on the lake for some great paddles. We enjoyed our short stay and exploring Newport, the shops, and especially the museum. GOD guided us to a historical church with welcoming people. We had a delightful short stay at the Little Yellow Cottage.
