4/5 Had issues with the doors at first after that it was fine! Loved the fire pit and views. Not a big fan of the well water. Location was great!

From the owner: I’m glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, fire pit, and peaceful setting. The Newman Lake area does not have access to city water, so all homes in the region rely on well water. To ensure guest comfort, we provide bottled drinking water in the home. The property is also equipped with two smart locks on the front and side doors to make access simple and reliable. Newman Lake Cottage
5/5 Very nice little place, very comfortable for three adults and our dog! Nice to have beach access! Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Weekend
5/5 The property was as described. The beach access was just a few steps down the street. Neighbors close by but never felt like we were being watched. Everything you need to make food and BBQ. Water was brackish, but Office size water bottle provided for cooking, making coffee, brushing teeth. Would definitely visit the property again. First time using VRBO, will look more closely next time at the additional charges on top of property rental.
