3/5 Located directly on the Hwy this home was nice with a great fenced yard but very heavy loud traffic all night and day, had to walk on hwy to get to beach , had handicapped person with us made this a hard spot .beaches are beautiful but moclips is lacking

Cozy House
5/5 House was very cozy and inviting. Loved the fenced back yard!! Full kitchen with every utensil you can think of, high grade pans to cook on, nice touch! 2 full bathrooms was a plus also... Very quick drive to the beach 2 mins tops! AND LOVED THE OUTDOOR SHOWER!!! Best feature of the house! Would love to see a fire pit the next time we stay... wouldve been the cherry on top.

Thanks so much James for staying with us and for the generous review. We had a fire pit out but there is a current burn ban. It usually hits us in grays harbor county around July but ends in October. Len5/5 We stayed again at this property for 10 days for our yearly beach vacation. Just like last year the property was very clean, and all met the expectations. We had a great time, 4 adults and our dog. There was one minor issue with a towel rack in the bathroom. The property manager responded quickly to resolve it. Kitchen was all equipped. Wi-fi worked great. The living room couches are a little saggy and not the most comfortable for us but not a big deal. We will come back again next year. Thank you!

5/5 Rob was great and accommodating. Took the dogs with us. Fenced yard was great. House was cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach access was just down the road. Took the dogs to the river and had a blast. Would definitely recommend especially if taking your furry friends. You don’t have to worry about taking them out on a leash with the fenced back yard.
