• Amazing property!!

  Location is perfect! Beach is a maybe a 1-2 minute walk with an easy path. House was clean and fully equipped. Very pet friendly. Owners were attentive and easy to reach out to. Make sure you turn on WiFi calling as cell signal is weak, but internet is awesome and had no issues once we switched on WiFi calling. Seabrooke and Ocean Shores are close by for food and shopping. If you have ever wanted to find a perfect sand dollar while beach combing, this is the place. You can’t miss them. Loved this home and are planning a return trip already. Don’t wait on this one, book it! You won’t regret it!

  Nice updated home with great views of the beach as well as a convenient private beach path. Checking in was easy, the home was well furnished - comfy bed and nice sized master bath. It’s also a short drive to Seabrook, for a day of exploring. The few things that would have made my stay a solid 5 was, the heating system seemed off. Despite turning up the heat, the downstairs seemed very drafty, while the upstairs was a sauna - a working fireplace would have been nice. The knives were super cheap which made it challenging to prepare meals. My guest and I found dirt and pet hair on and under some of the furniture. Additionally, response time from the property manager could use some improvement. I inquired about a later checkout time and never received a response.

  -We are appreciative for the positive feedback regarding the exceptional beach views, the comfort of the home, and the convenience of the private beach path.
  -Regarding the thermostat, we understand that its location upstairs may result in slightly cooler temperatures downstairs, although not typically to the degree mentioned.
  -Concerning the fireplace, we want to clarify that it is indeed a working wood-burning fireplace. We will enhance our check-in instructions to advise guests to bring their own wood if they wish to use the fireplace.
  -Pertaining to cleanliness, we utilize a highly recommended cleaning service and have not received any complaints previously. However, we will certainly share your feedback with them to ensure continued high standards.
  -The guests requested a late checkout, and we promptly responded within two minutes, informing them that we needed to confirm with the cleaners. We proposed 11:00 AM as a possible checkout time. However, later discovered that the text message did not go through, and as the guests did not reach back out, we were not aware of the situation. We take full responsibility for this oversight and will extend my sincerest apologies to the guests.
  -In reference to the knives, we want to assure you that there is a set of brand-new knives available for guests' use.

• Great views and ocean access

  Lovely beach house with stunning accents and lovely landscaping. Very spacious, open, and comfortable. Has great ocean views from most rooms, balcony, and deck. All amenities for our comfort were there. It is a great location to take your family razor clamming. Close vicinity to groceries, supplies, shops, and restaurants.
