4/5 Was a cozy place to get away for the weekend for our family. Close to shops and easy access to everything.

Things that could improve
5/5 Great vacation spot; location, cleanliness and amenities. Couples of small things would make it even better. Supply dish towels and bath mat. Also, I would get rid of the bedroom TV and replace with an armoire to have better storage for clothing. Lastly, a suitcase rack would be great for unpacking. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Ok place to stay
3/5 It was incredibly warm considered it was only 65 outside and the heat was completely off. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed and the floors were dirty. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also, the shower curtain is too small and water went on the floor. Loved the soap dispensers in the shower and the location was great.

Great location close to beach
5/5 Wonderful location in downtown Long Beach. Short walk to the beach to stroll on the boardwalk. Super comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. The host was great to work with!

Rod Run Weekend
5/5 This was a fantastic location right down tow and close to everything. Our reserved parking was right outside our door and at night a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property.
