We came from Phoenix to visit family for the holidays. This is a lovely home with lots of space and equipped with everything you need. Had a wonderful time in the snow here and enjoyed being so close to family for a week.

A great base from which to explore the mountain valleys and towns north of Lake Stevens, without the 'jostle' of Lake Stevens. Food and drink options are abundant but require a short drive ... not bad if you only have a few people to move. We were a little unlucky during our stay with smoke drifting over us from the recent fire but the interior of the new and very well-sealed house was free of any smoke.

We booked this property so my daughter could go to Horse Camp at Rocky Mountain Horse Camp. We found so many magical experiences; rivers, we visited Pigs Peace Sanctuary, blue berry farms, tree swings into rivers, Lake Stevens, and we hiked Mr Pilchuck. So much to do in this awesome place.

My husband and I traveled to Marysville to visit an elderly auntie and we stayed in the Lake Stevens Lake House. We were loved our stay! The house feels like a home and the view and soothing sounds of the river that borders the property made it hard to say goodbye when our trip ended. The house has been designed with efficiency and a clean, modern style in mind. The kitchen was fully equipped which we appreciated because we didn't bring any of our own supplies. Our hosts, Jenna and Colby, were gracious, prompt and helpful when we had questions and needed a couple of paper products. The complimentary treats in the bowl that was sitting on the gleaming white kitchen countertops were so thoughtful and delicious. We look forward to returning to this lovely home when we next visit our family!
