1/5 The place was double booked and we were unable to stay at the place because another family was on the house. i had to rent 4 hotel rooms to house my family. I am currently waiting to hear back about a refund

Responsive owner
4/5 Overall our stay was good however we had a sewre problem from a previous problem. The owner was promt in getting someone on the scene but it was a llong time in getting it corrected. We were offered a chance to shower at another location and transfer to another property. I can't give the stay a bad rating with the response to the problem but would be concerned about a repeat problem.

1/5 Property was unavailable. I spent 2 day on the phone trying to find out what happened. Complete refund pending. No more VRBO or Evolve.
