  The house smelled terrible, spiders and gnats throughout. Blinds broken or not able to close, couch upstairs smelled like cat urine. Pool table was on the floor, 3 balls to play pool and you had to play on your knees. Kitchen had no knives to cut larger fruit. Only pairing knife. No cutting board, no dishwasher soap to run the dishwasher. The dishwasher would almost fall out when you loaded it. No soda in the bathroom upstairs to wash your hands, just hand sanitizer. Sliding screen door upstairs won’t stay on the tracks. Hot tub should be removed, was inoperable. Upstairs deck looked like someone fell through and they patched it with tar. Outside grounds not maintained, old travel trailer and old truck parked out back. Master bathroom sink didn’t drain. Only 2 trash bags for garbage with 14 of us isn’t enough.We left a day early and wouldn’t recommend our family to stay there. Fit the large group for the wedding. This house is definitely the eye sore of the neighborhood.

  Wonderful stay, great house and property! Quiet space and the goat neighbors were a huge plus. :) There was a standing AC unit and plenty of fans so the heat wasn’t too big of an issue. The pool table was broken but the property owner communicated that with us ahead of time and it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay again!

  The property was a great size. But the kitchen was poorly stocked, not even a baking sheet. There were tons of spiders inside and webs we walked into in the kitchen and stairwell. The swing set in the back was falling apart but we still let the kids on it. One of the support beams fell and hit one of our kids in the head. The pool table is on the ground with no legs so it wasn't playable. There weren't any extra sheets for the air mattress. The upstairs bathroom didn't even have a soap container! It just had a container of hand sanitizer. The yard was super unkempt and the upstairs porch was unuseable. Nice that there were two kitchen tables. Liked the bar in the kitchen. Generally felt pretty unkempt.

  The house was fine for our scrapbook weekend. The house is huge with plenty of room and lots of beds. It is a bit dated and the grounds need tending. We saw deer in the mornings. The beautiful rose gardens could be brought back to beauty with a little TLC. But we had a fun time together.
