Our family stayed there for a 5-day soccer tournament in Redmond. It was great. Convenient and clean. Has all the amenities. Would stay there again!

We had a family trip to the Seattle area, going to Mt Rainier, downtown Seattle, and north Washington. This Kirkland house was well-located, on a tree-lined street. Very pretty house, and although close to the highway (which was not visible in any way) we hardly heard any traffic noise within the house. When we did hear something, it was a low-hum like a fridge or A/C running.
The house was generously well-provisioned with Trader Joe and other snacks. Owners were very responsive when we asked a question. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom had an extra room with couch, so a nice "suite" for people to have their own separate time as well.
Exiting the house was also super-easy. There was not a long list of cleaning instructions, which I appreciate when so many other places want you to do a lot despite paying a cleaning fee. I would definitely stay here again!
I give it 4 stars because the living room couch has a low back and deep seat cushion, so although nice and firm, it was not easy/comfortable for the people who ended up sitting in the middle who had no back support. (People on the ends had an arm to lean up against.) We were gone most of the day, so it wasn't a big deal to us, but it could be an issue for those who plan to spend a lot of time visiting in the house.

Easy access to 405 and downtown Kirkland, great hosts who were thoughtful and communicative.

We stayed at Bee’s house while we had some construction work going on at our primary residence. The house was great, clean, and Bee was super friendly and accommodating with early check-in/late check-out. Would recommend!
Bee is a natural born host! Attentive to detail and so very kind.
