Beautiful house and incredible view. The waterway is ever changing and a constant source of delight. Important to know that all sinks and range are very high and some kitchen items hard to reach. The peace and quiet and beautiful grounds allow for much day dreaming.

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly as it was pictured and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

From morning coffee to after-dark meteor viewing, the deck was the center of activity during our family gathering. The comfortable outdoor furnishings and gas fire pit, with a big shade umbrella, was the perfect backdrop for our 3-day getaway. And the surrounding garden was beautiful. We cooked great meals in the well-equipped kitchen and on the gas grill and slept well in the comfortable beds. (Take sleep masks if you don't want to wake with the sun in the master suite.) While the living area is spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable, we spent very little time indoors because the weather was so nice. Our only complaints were relatively minor: no bath rug or mat in the main floor bath, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, a load of damp sheets in the dryer, and a very dirty gas grill. We drove 25 minutes each way to buy the missing items to ensure a comfortable stay -- and we left the grill much cleaner than the way we found it.
Husband and I stayed with our Labradoodle, Zoey. The views were amazing, beds were comfortable, so many little details were included. Zoey loved the fenced in yard and all the critters to watch (deer, bunnies, squirrels and birds). The only negative was neighbors happen to have a boisterous party during our visit (including a live band and outdoor movie) that went until 1am. However, with the 4th of July... noise from fireworks or a party is pretty much expected. We already had earplug pack.

I stayed here with friends for my daughter’s wedding at Kingston House. This place is so nice. Very relaxing with plenty of places to hang out, inside and out. Loved the hottub with coffee in the morning. We all want to come
Back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
