    Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean enough, but the kitchen cabinets and all the utensils needed a good scrub, which is especially disappointing when as a guest you’re required to load and start the dishwasher before you leave. I had to hand wash everything I used before I used it because I found food on dishes/utensils and even a little worm (pantry moth?) alive in a mug in the cabinet.Also, there are birds in the attic above the front bedroom. I was considering booking this place again, but wouldn’t consider it unless I could be sure those two issues were addressed.

    Great location close to the convention center where we had activities planned. Friendly owners who helped when needed. Quiet neighbors who did not disturb us (and we tried not to disturb them. Would stay here again.
