Our stay was absolutely fantastic, the house was extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable and the owners were very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. We hope to come back and rent this house again. Our kids loved having the mini golf as one of the amenities and we loved the saltwater hot tub. Everyone who stays here will appreciate everything offered. Thank you again for allowing our family to book!
Overall good stay but could use some improvement. PROS: The "cozy" in the title makes you think small but it is very spacious. Location was good and on a quiet cul de sac. We stayed Sunday-Thurdsay and only had people above us for one night but it was quite loud when they were there. Cons: Attempted to contact host via email for a few days before arriving and got no response. I looked at the email again and saw there was a phone number. The host answered the phone and when I explained I had emailed a couple of times she said she never checks her email. I thought that was strange considering it is given as a contact for guests. Second, I got some coffee before checking in and found out I couldn't brew at the house because all they offer is a Keurig. Considering this is Seattle, there should be a way to brew coffee from a favorite roaster in the area. We also wanted to use the outside table to eat on and it looked as if it hadn't been wiped down since winter. I called the host to see if when the cleaners came for the upstairs unit that was checking out that day if they could clean the outside dining table and was told the cleaners wouldn't be there for a couple days. We went ahead and hosed it down and wiped it clean which was good because the cleaners came and never attempted to take care of it. Also take note there was only one beach towel. Considering the proximity to the lake and the outdoor hot tub, it would be nice to have more beach towels.

Overall great location and cleanliness.Would not stay in lower level, when upper levels is occupied, because it is too noisy.Heard every footstep they made and conversation.
