3/5 This really could have been a great stay. A few things left it lacking, all of which I think point to management issues, not the dwelling itself. Let's start at the beginning. Immediately after booking Evolve (management company) is in communication which seems great. You are given contact info for people to connect with, not just email. I did text (as instructed) to inquire about early check-in but never was given a response. No big, my sister and I just found stuff to do before checking in. House/cabin is cute. Easy to find, parking right out front or inside the fence. The people fence to get to the front door does take 2 hands to operate which is a bit of a pain when you are trying to bring stuff in. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The front steps are unusually high which can be difficult to climb. There was an overabundance of cobwebs throughout the home which caused us to run around with a broom trying to knock them all down before running into more. The house was very musty and required a good airing out to eliminate the smell. There was what appeared to be dried boogers on the wall in the downstairs bedroom next to the bed (anyone with kids knows this can be a thing). Downstairs bathroom very small and again, if there are mobility issues in your party this is not for you. This could really be a 5 star booking with a bit of effort from the cleaning crew/management company.

Great homebase for a reunion
5/5 Clean, comfortable, and a 2 minute walk from the store. Weren't able to find the smart remote(s) needed to access streaming on the TVs, but everyone brought their laptops so we didn't look very hard. Would happily stay again.

Perfect Location!
5/5 The space is simple but homey, a little like grandma’s house, if grandma lived in an idyllic PNW neighborhood a 2-minute stroll from the Indianola pier. It’s a beautiful spot with cozy charm.
