We had a lovely stay at at this property for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit on the cool evenings and a quick walk to the beach. It was equipped with all the items we needed for our stay. The only thing I didn't love about this property is there is not much privacy with the bathroom situation. One toilet was in a closet with no fan or sink and the other tucked back by the 2nd bedroom with a closet door that doubled as the bathroom door.

The property appears to be a cabin with park of an RV attached to it. The bedroom upstairs was quite comfortable with extra firm pillows. I wouldn't like to sleep in the second bedroom through the kitchen and bathroom with the double bed up against the wall and a dehumidifier running. The second toilet is in the lounge with a bi-fold door. Lots of kitchen utensils, hairdryer etc. No iron that I could find. We used the hottub which was very warm. Nice quiet area. Not too far by car to shops and restaurants and beach access.
Not quite what the pictures implied. I thought the walk path to the beach was right outside the cabin and we could see the ocean. A bit more patched together than I expected. Also, we were expecting there to be bunk beds so it kind of changed up our sleeping arrangements. And the mattress that is there now is very lumpy and uncomfortable. The hot tub was wonderful!! FYI—The fan by the kitchen window has dead batteries. Thanks for a great week!!Otherwise we had a pleasant time.

It needed a little TLC; not that we needed any heat; they had that but there were a couple of baseboard style heaters that labeled do not use that could probably been removed. There was great warm water and the kitchen was well supplied.

Unfortunately it was not a great stay. This was not a house, it was essentially a modified tiny home from what I assume used to be a trailer. Extremely small and not friendly for bigger bodies, whether that be large or tall. We looked for a house specifically for the size and were very confused when finally arriving, as the pictures were deceiving. The place does not have decent air venthilation and most things did not work. There are signs throughout the house saying not to use switches or baseboards, random things not working. Due to no air venthilation there is mold growing on doors and windows. The place feels dirty and old, and while it has character, should not be a rental. Disappointing considering we paid almost 600 for only two nights. The check out rules are to wash and put away all the dishes, but are clearly not checked by cleaners because we had to rewash every dish we needed to use. The couch was broken when we got there and there was trash on the balcony. One of the toilets is literally in a closet! You can hear everything and smell everything since there are no vents. This was our first time using Vrbo and may be the last.
