This property has an amazing front row view to water, islands, wildlife, and sunsets. The house was clean and well stocked. Most things were as they should be, but more careful attention is needed to address broken or missing items, such as shade umbrellas and window screens broken or missing. The upper bedroom is up a steep outside staircase that would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues or fear of heights, but the view is great. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The porch has everything needed and there's a fire ring and wood availalble, even marshmallow toasting sticks. Beach is easily accessible and a nice walk during low tides. We were there in June, but would love to visit during the winter!

If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood with iconic views and a costal vacation vibes, you’ve come to the right place. Their cozy home has it all; dog-friendly, indoor entertainment for gloomy days, beautiful sunsets, and oceanfront fun during low and high tide. Dog owners - no fence and you will run into ppl on the beach. Thankfully everyone is very friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to kickback and relax.
10/10 coming back.

From the Owner: "Thank you so much for the wonderful review! It is very much appreciated! We would love to have you back!"
We had a good time at the property. It was lovely inside but could use some editing of the beautiful sit about. So many treasures there was no space to move about with our belongings. The kitchen was well appointed. The stairs to the upper space are problematic for us older folks. The yard could use a good clean up. Front door has a large gap at the bottom losing heat..and the scrsen door would not closs. Front porch step is uneven and a bit dangerous. Overall a lovely space . Very fantastic sunsets!

From the owner: "Glad to hear you had a great time at the property and that you thought it was lovely! Our sunsets are truly one of a kind!
We worked hard to curate special finds from all over the country for our special home. So sorry if there were too many for you. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration. The steps are very sturdy, the screen door was adjusted, and the door has new weatherstripping."
Really enjoyed our stay at the well equipped clean house amazing setting.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. I grew up in the area and have family nearby so I was already familiar with area and knew what to expect. Being early Spring season, the beach and neighborhood was perfectly quiet and peaceful. The sunsets were gorgeous and definitely a highlight of this home. The water was quite rough during our stay so we did not use the kayaks or paddleboard but did explore the beach during low tide and walked the paths around the neighborhood. The only thing missing for us in this home was more information about the Lummi Nation and the tribal lands that surround you. There is a lot of history and current land rights that would be important for visitors to know and respect.
