family weekend
5/5 We were a large family group traveling from several states to celebrate our daughter's graduation from nursing school. The house was very comfortable for a large gathering and conveniently located to get to the places we wanted to go in Seattle and Tacoma. Airport was maybe 20 minutes away. Dash Point State Park was a short drive and very beautiful. We enjoyed watching the wild rabbits scampering across the lawn.

Spacious in a good location!!
4/5 The living space was very spacious and very comfortable for small group of teens staying there for a sports competition. It was great to have three full bathrooms (no tubs, but lovely showers). My only comment is that the place is best suited for a group of 8 people (or 8 people and two small children,) vs 10 as listed. The extra futon realistically doesn't fit two adults, it barely works for one small adult. The cookware is also best suited for a group of 8. A suggestion to the owner to provide a few more entertainment options like board games as many parties appreciate having household entertainment provided in the lodging package. All-in-all, it was a lovely rental and would absolutely rent there again. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk - which was critical for teens needed to be on their own. A very quiet and safe feeling neighborhoods. Owners were easy to communicate with. All-in-all, a great place for a group of 8!!
