4/5 The location is lovely and what’s better than a snowy winter in the woods? Property manager was super responsive when we had questions upon arrival. The house is spacious, the beds are super comfy and the living room is a cozy gathering place. This property was comfortable enough but is in desperate need of maintenance. Although there is a wood stove in the house the owner doesn't want people to use it or the firepit? We got permission to use it but it was surprising that it was there, obviously functional, but forbidden. But it was lovely to have that as a heat source once we got permission :)

- I appreciate you raising the point about the wood stove and firepit, and I’m sorry for any confusion this caused. There is no restriction on using the indoor wood stove, and I was happy to approve its use as soon as you reached out.
- Regarding the outdoor firepit, its use is occasionally restricted due to local burn bans during certain conditions, which are in place for everyone’s safety. We simply ask guests to check with us or local guidelines before using outdoor fires.

We would be happy to welcome you back anytime and hope to host you again in the future.”3/5 There are things that could make it better like wash clothes, more kitchen towels, a potato peeler, wine glasses, and pot holders. These items would be very helpful.
