• Water pipe broke in unit

  Therefore never got to stay at the condo. We were moved to the Inn to a standard room. It was a nice room with a beautiful of the golf course in Lake. The end is about a quarter of a mile away from the resort. And we were told we could only use the Resort pool, Not the other facilities on the grounds. That’s because we weren’t technically staying at the resort. although the room was nice and did not have a kitchen, which did kind of mess up my plans a bit. So we did eat in the restaurants, which were excellent by the way, but very expensive. Unfortunately, I was not informed about the water pipe, breaking until the day before we are to leave that’s why, we were booked in the end just so we had a room to stand.

  The owners did send me a very nice gift pack, which I appreciated but if I would’ve had time to rebook my trip, I would’ve done that just because I didn’t need a kitchen and that was available .

  Hi James, we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not go as planned, and understand how frustrating it can be when accommodations don’t meet expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - There was an issue with a leak from the washer unit hose in the condo above, which affected the electrical panel in the unit you booked. This unforeseen problem was out of the homeowner's control and required immediate attention for safety reasons.
  - The issue was identified and confirmed late in the afternoon two days before your check-in, and the homeowner notified you as soon as possible, approximately 46 hours before your scheduled arrival.
  - The homeowner worked closely with Evolve and the resort to find alternative accommodations. They also authorized a cancellation if you preferred to rebook elsewhere and offered to cover any price differences.
  - While the alternative room at the Inn did not have a kitchen, it was the best available option at the time given the high occupancy levels at the resort.
  - The homeowner covered additional costs to ensure you had access to the resort facilities for the inconvenience.

  We were in town for a horse show.This condo was perfect for our needs.Kitchen, pool, dog friendly and super comfortable beds. 12 minute drive to the horse park. We’ll book again next year!

• 5 stars not enough!!!!!

  My husband and I had the most memorable stay while we were at Suncadia! The condo was lovely! Large and comfortable....and the VIEW!! We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the weather roll in over the mountains. The condo was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. (except there were no coffee filters). The owners left us a very nice bottle of wine and handmade soap from the Roslyn Soap Company. Everything was stellar! We highly recommend!! Also Steve, the concierge was so pleasant and helpful. We have already recommended this condo to friends and family!!!
