5/5 Naomi and Jose were helpful when needed. There was lots of seating available (sofas, stools, chairs), lots of plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and adequate cooking items. Beds were comfortable and house temperature was good.

4/5 Had a slow start. There was confusion about the cleaning and the house hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. Stuff happens! But a few phone calls and a very concerned and cooperative owner contacted me personally and we had it all worked out in an hour. The property was perfect for my family and we were very pleased.

2/5 This was a nice place to stay. However we had a couple hiccups with only 4 clean towels and a leaking and smelly kitchen sink. I attempted communication with the manager and didn’t get a response. We had 8 people and not enough towels.

- The sink has since been repaired and the area sanitized.
- Linens have been fully restocked, and we’ve added an extra quality check to ensure the right towel count for each reservation size.
- We regret that you didn’t receive a timely response; this has been addressed with our local team to prevent a repeat.

We’ll follow up with you directly as well.5/5 What a great house for our local fishing trip. We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised by this comfy home! We loved sitting on the outside couch watching the golfers and the swing an extra bonus!!!Comfy beds and great area for watching tv. We snuggled in the big couch and watched movies during the summer rain! The owner guide was helpful especially showing future improvements. Shower in bathroom top notch after fishing the Cowlitz! Great home!!!
