• Loved the porch!

  Roberta was nice and receptive when we couldn't get the new Dish television to work.

  We were disappointed that the place wasn't cleaner for us, especially the cost of renting it for four days. We did our best to leave it in better condition than we found it. We had read a review that the place smelled musty and thought we could just leave windows open to air it out. That didn't help.

  We ran out of toilet paper, even the bathroom we weren't using, only had a couple sheets left on the roll. We went and bought more and left it with the cabin.

  What we did like was that porch right on the beach and how close the cabin is to Birch Bay State Park.

  -We will speak with the cleaning team to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned for future guests.
  -While some of the home's coastal location can contribute to a natural ocean scent, we understand it wasn’t ideal for you. To address this, we'll be adding more air fresheners and exploring additional ventilation options to improve the air quality.
  -We typically provide a starter supply of essential items like toilet paper for your stay, but we’re sorry it wasn't enough this time. We'll make sure this is addressed moving forward.
  -We’re always available to address concerns, so don’t hesitate to reach out directly for assistance.

• Mermaid house

  Outdoor space was wonderful. Towels were dingy and some had brown spots on white hand towels. Improvement needed in that regard.

• Almost there but not quite

  House smelled musty and moldy. Neighbors were intrusive and climbed on th roof to inspect it for repair. Told us he didn't know we were there when our car is parked in the driveway and we can be clearly seen in the picture window which he which he looked into on more than one occaision. No propane in the BBQ on the 2nd day.
