5/5 The farmhouse was clean and well equipped with many amenities including hot tub, sauna, entertainment center, and exercise equipment. The hosts were attentive to our needs and very gracious. Kitchen was well stocked although oven wasn’t working. Hosts went out of their way to accommodate by having a portable oven for us to use and we did the best we could to adapt.

We appreciate your suggestion regarding earlier check-in time. We actually made our check-out time later @12 pm (instead of usual before 11 am) in consideration for guests with children to have ample time to pack up upon checking out.
We can certainly accommodate if there are no guests same day.

5/5 The best thing was the hostess, who really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The next best thing was the jacuzzimy kids loved to soak and chat and catch up. For the number of adults, we were, the sleeping arrangements were a little tight, but for a few days it was fine. We had a sand castle building contest on the city beach and enjoyed the state park for paddling and kayaking.
