Great family house
5/5 We were very pleased with the cleanliness! We have a member of the family with OCD and it was extremely important to find a a clean house. This house did not disappoint! Thank you!

Wonderful!!
5/5 We had a wonderful visit to Birch Bay and this home was a huge part of that. It sits right across the street from the beach in a perfect location. Wonderful views and short 5 second walk to get to the beach. Perfect for us. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The rooms were huge. Lots of deck space with chairs to sit and relax while watching the ocean. Plenty of seating and space inside for playing games and chatting. Big kitchen. Outdoor shower and hose to clean off the mud and sand. The house doesn’t have any baby items so we did bring a high chair and pack-n-play but we asked the hosts in advance and they were quick to respond. We didn’t find any beach towels which ended up being a small issue so encourage you to bring your own. There were also no throw blankets but we had brought a small travel blanket so this worked for us when the evenings got a bit chilly. There is not a BBQ grill which we did miss. These are a few small things and for us didn’t distract much but nice for future guests to be aware of. We would definitely stay there again and looking forward to our next visit! Thank you so much for such a great space and sharing your home!! We loved it!!
