4/5 Overall pretty nice. Kitchen cabinets were dirty inside and there were a lot of old cans of food and old condiments in the refrigerator that should have been discarded. The blinds in the kitchen in particular were very dirty and some cords broken. Bathrooms needed more hooks for towels. Upstairs bathroom was very warm, floor heated which could be nice but it was hot out and the bathroom was too hot. Most places will have a small notebook with information about where to find certain things, how to adjust heat, etc. There is a rooster next door that woke us up way too early every morning! Beds were comfortable, location was great. Instructions on the TV would have been helpful also, but we did figure it out.
