- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 84013692. Tap the screen to activate the keypad, then enter the code 
- Please note that the code may only be entered 3 times before timing out, at which point you will have to wait 5 minutes before trying again
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash on Thursdays. Trash pickup is early Fridays. Please break down cardboard boxes to fit in the blue recycling bin
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- Please allow the charcoal grill to cool completely before emptying the coals. Once removed, spray the coals with water to ensure they are fully extinguished and do not pose a fire risk
- To open the screen door blinds, twist the handheld lever to the right, which opens the blinds, then gently push the handheld lever to the right, which allows the blinds to slide over gently. Otherwise, damage will occur at the top
