PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 1658 Vermont Rte 100, Weston, VT 05161
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- Heading from Weston, take route 100 until you get to the junction of 155 and 100 and make a right to go up the mountain towards Ludlow. The driveway to the cabin is 1.1 miles up on the left right after a grey house on your left. There is a small marker at the driveway with our address, but if it is dark, you may miss it. We are set back from the road about 50 yards. Drive up and park wherever you like

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 2:00 PM
- There is a lockbox with a key located right next to the door. The code is 2663. You may need to nudge the door open firmly when it is cold
- If the light isn’t on, the switch is directly to your right when entering. Leave your shoes in the mudroom so that wetness, mud, and dirt don't get in the house
- At the top of the stairs, there is a white thermostat near the bathroom. Press the arrows up until it gets to 65 degrees. The place heats up immediately
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Remove garbage and place in bin right outside the front door
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Place dishes in dishwasher and start the cycle
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Unplug small kitchen appliances
- Set thermostat to 52 degrees
-  Ensure the propane valve on the wood stove is in the vertical OFF position
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This 2-story property requires stairs to access 
- To use the woodstove, go behind it and gently twist the blue propane knob downward until it is parallel to the floor – this is in the ON position. Then grab the white remote right next to the couch and remove it from the white case. Press the red button until the digital display switches to ON – the stove will light and you are ready to go
- The menu button on the remote will allow you to adjust the flame and therefore the heat. Press menu, then arrows up until it gets to FLAME; then hit select and adjust the flame with arrows to your liking; then hit select again
- Please turn off the wood stove before going to bed and leaving the cabin
- Please note that once the wood stove is providing heat, the forced air furnace will stop heating the home since the thermostat will sense that the large room is very warm. Once the wood stove is off and the temperature drops, the furnace will turn back on
