    The room was very cold and would not heat up past 65 tho we put the thermostat in the 70s as it was single digits outside. The floor was also extremely cold and there was a cold draft from under the kitchenette’s lower area. I actually slept wearing a lightweight parka.

    We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during your stay, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. To conserve heating oil, the heat is lowered to sixty degrees when the apartment is not in use; however, guests have full control to adjust the thermostat to their preferred comfort level upon arrival. When you reached out at check-in, we were happy to provide instructions on how to adjust the heat. Since this is the first time we’ve been made aware of the apartment not warming as expected, we will be checking the thermostat and system to ensure everything is functioning properly moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as your feedback helps us continue to improve the guest experience.
