  It is a beautiful house, located so close to Sugarbush! Kitchen had all the amenities you would need (plus spices, cooking oil, etc.) We came with out adult sons and there was plenty of space for all. We would happily return.

  Overall this was a great stay. Two items for awareness:1) The stairs both to the second and third floors are incredibly windy and slippery. I fell while holding my infant son and while wearing socks. It was very challenging to transport babies and pets up and down these stairs. It would be worthwhile to install carpeting or treads on the stairs, or to warn guests that they should wear soled shoes / slippers to get up and down.2) The check-out instructions were far more rigid and long than at similar properties we have stayed at, including items such as returning all dishes to proper locations (as opposed to just washing them and leaving them in the drying rack) or sweeping the floors. Given the 298 cleaning fee we paid, these instructions feel misaligned with peer properties and could stand to be reviewed. Thanks.

  - Our home includes a wooden spiral staircase and an additional curved staircase to the upper levels, both of which are clearly shown in the listing photos. Guests are encouraged to use handrails and exercise normal caution when using stairs, as they would in any multi-level home.
  - The checkout instructions are standard Evolve procedures used across many vacation rentals. These guidelines help maintain the condition of the home between guests and are shared in advance of departure so expectations are clear.
  - The cleaning fee is in line with the local market and reflects the limited availability and cost of professional cleaning services in the area. This fee covers a full professional turnover before each arrival, and we ensure the home meets our standards of cleanliness for every guest. All fees are disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
  We take great pride in providing a home that is clean, welcoming, and well prepared for our guests, which is reflected in the many positive reviews we’ve received. We truly appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue providing a great experience.

  The home is so spacious! There was a bedroom and bathroom on each level, making it ideal for large groups to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped. The couch is large enough for the whole group to relax together next to the beautiful windows of a lovely view.

  Perfect location, beautiful decor gave it that mountain feel, exactly what we were looking for. Very relaxing and serene. Very clean, kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay
