Would not stay again
3/5 The house itself was fine but the level of service left a lot to be desired. Check in process was very painful. I was passed back and forth between the property management company and the rental agency several times. No one could tell me what the door code was until the last minute.
When we arrived there was one roll of toilet paper in the entire house for 8 people and no paper towels. Took a full day to get any supplies. The driveway and stairs were a sheet of ice. No salt or anything available.

Owner's response: "Chris, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
- We emailed you the door code and arrival instructions 2 days before your arrival, we don't know if you check your spam email but sometimes those emails go there. We provide this information to all our guests in a timely manner.
- We apologize that not all items were stocked when you arrived it was late in the day and the housekeepers were not able to come back until the following morning. We were there early and did not make you wait 24 hours.
- We keep salt for the driveway and stairs in the exterior closet available for use when needed.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."Cozy Cabin
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, the area was quiet and peaceful. The solarium type windows were a vibe. The downstairs sauna and shower were great after long hikes and I’d imagine amazing after a long day of skiing. 10/10 would stay again.
