This is a lovely little cottage that was perfect for my husband and I, two adult daughters and granddaughter. The waterfront was fine, if not a little weedy and algae prone, but was nice and calm and the paddle boards and kayaks were lovely to use. The house was clean and generally well stocked. We could've used a few more storage containers. The one thing I think that was a little misrepresented was that the amenities said "air conditioning". There was one air conditioner in the master bedroom. There were lots of fans around and ceiling fans in every room but during the first two nights when it was very hot it got stuffy. A heat pump in the main room would've been ideal. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and I would stay there again, absolutely!

The cottage was lovely and had an ideal location on the lake. When there were breezes off the lake, it was quite nice. Wonderful view. The kitchen was well-equipped. Very nice to have access to the kyaks.
The house could use a split system. AC is limited to one bedroom. Also, the light switches could use labels. There are a lot of light switches and it is confusing.
Great house with everything you need. Beach area was great for the kids with sandy bottom and very gradual slope. Overall we had a great week!

Thank you so much for the positive feedback. We appreciate it and are happy you enjoyed your stay and that you had good weather to enjoy the lake.
This is an amazing house! Gorgeous scenery outside and beautiful touches and details inside. It was also incredibly clean and well maintained! Our family of 6 were so happy to have stayed here. If this property is available for your booking window, don’t let it escape - you won’t regret it!
This property was amazing. The views and proximity of the lake made this a very special stay for my sister and I.
The house was warm and inviting and was very comfortable.
She comes up to VT every year from CT and we always rent a place in North Hero. This was by far the best rental property we ever rented!
