Nice house in a fantastic location right on the lake. Beautiful mountains and sunsets. Close to North Hero marina for launching a boat. A little tricky parking my 16 ft boat & trailer, but doable. Can catch fish right from the dock.
An amazingly cheerful, clean, cozy cabin with stunning views of Lake Champlain! The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. The home is well-decorated and cared for. Even the grounds were well manicured with beautiful plants and flowers on the deck. Our kids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. Communication with the owner was easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is the 15th year of staying at this lovely cottage. It is beautifully maintained and equipped. Lots of rain this year but the views are lovely and always things to do.
We have rented here twice and absolutely fell in love with the home's location right on the edge of the lake sitting on a modest cliff with access to a dock. Sunsets are beautiful along with the occasional sailboat, fisherman and wildlife. Great firepit area and chaise lounge chair area set up to the side. We enjoyed visiting the local restaurants, general store and golf course along with day trips to Burlington, Stowe and Montreal.

This house is fantastic. The housekeeper is a love. The contact person had sadly died and Evolve never knew. They also charged us $1,000 more for the property than it was being rented for the following week. If you can get this property without them involved I recommend it %100, it is gorgeous!
