 - 118 Gateway Ct, Unit 8B, Mendon, VT 05701
- Enter Gateway Court from Route 4 and continue straight. You will pass the first building on your left. Continue until you find the second parking lot on your right. This lot is next to a raised walkway that leads to the condominium

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- To access the building, the code is 26721
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation 
- After touching each number you will hear an audio confirming that number was entered, and then touch the checkmark button and it will verbally say door unlocked
- The lock will automatically lock after 30 seconds, but can also be locked upon departure by pressing and holding the checkmark button 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
