1/5 Yes the check in was a disaster, calling VRBO asking where the confirmation was, they confirmed they could see we were trying to reach out to the host etc. then the fire place didn’t work. To completely top our stay off, there was a frat party above us into the wee hours of the evening!

- Check-in instructions are automatically generated and sent directly by Vrbo through their “Check-In Instructions” email, which includes the door code and access details.
- The process is designed to be simple, with no key exchanges or multiple entry points required. If anything ever seems unclear, our property manager is always available to assist when notified.
- The fireplace pilot can occasionally go out during windy conditions, which is outside of our control. It can typically be relit in just a few simple steps, and had we been notified during your stay, our property manager could have quickly assisted.
- Please also note that neighboring units are independently owned and managed. While we do not have control over other occupants in the building, we certainly understand how late-night noise can be disruptive.

Perfect weekend getaway
5/5 The condo was spacious and had plenty of space for my friends and I to sleep and relax. The location is right near the mountain and has a convenient ski-off trail which some of our friends used while others headed home from the mountain early with the car.
