    House was not clean, pillows need to be upgraded, home is filled with owner belongings and not much space for tenants belongings.

    We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they’d like to share the following:
    - Since your stay, the cleaners have been back to the home multiple times, and the homeowners have upgraded some linens and bedding, including the pillows. The home was cleaned prior to your arrival and had not been used for several weeks, but they’ll continue working with the cleaning team to ensure expectations are met for future guests.
    - While this is a home the owners also use to enjoy the outdoors, they do provide designated empty food cabinets and drawers in both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms to allow guests space for their personal belongings, and they’ll continue looking for ways to improve storage where possible.
