Great for a group of family and friends!
4/5 Lots of bedroom space for our bigger party. Kitchen had all we needed for preparing and eating meals in the condo . The short walk to Raccoon Run was doable even for the youngest (3 yo) in the group

Needs work
3/5 The area is very nice. The kitchen was updated and had everything you would need. The refrigerator made a chiming sound every 2 minutes the entire time we were there. We couldn't figure out how to shut it off. The windows need some major work. None of them had hand cranks so it was extremely difficult to open them just a little to cool the house down at night. There were only a few fans. I didn’t realize that there were so many steps to get up to the condo, that should be listed somewhere. Maybe I missed it. Eric was very quick to respond to any concerns I had.

The issue with the refrigerator has been resolved—a faulty water sensor was causing the chiming sound, and that’s now been fixed.
We understand the need for more cooling options during warmer months, and while the hot season is winding down, additional fans will be added for future guests.
The windows are on our maintenance list and will be addressed soon to make them easier to use.
We’ll review the listing to ensure the stairs leading to the condo are clearly mentioned so future guests are aware.
