• Wonderful getaway!

  A beautiful house with plenty of room for 3 couples. A relaxing atmosphere, we all felt immediately at home. Cozy fireplace upstairs and a game room downstairs with ping pong table and video games. Great hot tub to enjoy on cool nights. Plenty of space to relax alone or as a group. The owner was super responsive with our questions and provided suggestions to make our stay more pleasant. A really great retreat to spend time with family! Looking forward to a return visit!

• What a perfect getaway!

  This is a beautiful, roomy home with plenty of space for a multiple family getaway. Something for everyone with a great playroom downstairs to enjoy video games or a rousing game of ping pong. Upstairs has plenty of room to relax around the woodburning fireplace and the hot tub was the perfect place to end the evening under a full moon. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions and offered plenty of information to make our stay more pleasant. A weekend that made it possible for our family to make lifelong memories.

  Pros:

  Great house for a family vacation. Enjoyed the wood fireplace and relaxing in the cozy living room. Plenty of space and a nice downstairs with ping pong and billiards. Checkout instructions were pretty straightforward, more to do than staying at a hotel, but nothing too crazy.

  Cons:

  If you have little kids, just know that the gate at the top of the basement stairs is extremely loose, coming off the wall, and barely works. I would recommend bringing your own gate in case this is still the case when you check in.

  A couple of the bed mattresses are sagging in the middle. Ended up having to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed so that we didn't feel like we were tipping backwards all night.

  The house has no street number and does not look like the pictures from the road. The only way you can determine the correct driveway is by looking for house number 23 and 43 which are the two directly before and after.

  From the owner: "Hi Terry, thank you for your thoughtful comments. Guest feedback is essential to property management, we will have those concerns fixed post haste. The house was recently painted and we were unaware that the house number was not put back up. Also, two of our beds are Select Comfort Sleep Number Beds that need to remain plugged in. We have a note on those plugs that states; “Do NOT Unplug”, I will get lock boxes for those plugs as the housekeeper reported that the beds were indeed unplugged even though we have bedside charger stations by each bedside. We agree that a great mattress is essential to a comfortable stay. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

• Perfect cabin

  Had a great five day stay at the cabin which is in great condition and ideal for two families with kids . Nice to have a playroom in basement and easy drive to mount snow for skiing !

  Me and my friends had a blast staying at this BEAUTIFUL house for our 4th of July getaway! The pictures do not even do it justice, we were blown away by how charming and well-kept it all was. We truly didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay, would 1000% recommend to anyone and look forward to staying again!
