5/5 We had a wonderful summer vacation in Vermont. House and property were beautiful. Pool was excellent, refreshing but also warm enough we could use into the early evening. Communication with our host was spot on. Derby is on the Canadian border but was a great location for us to make multiple day trips to Burlington, Stowe and Canada. There is both a Shaws and Walmart in town which makes getting food and drink easy. The kids loved being able to walk down the street and see the Elk and Bison grazing at a local farm.

5/5 Our family loved this home so much we wanted to take it with us! The owner(s) love and attention to detail for this property is obvious as soon as you pull in the driveway. Everything was top notch from the well-equipped kitchen, bedding, beautiful landscaping, and pool which we really enjoyed during our visit since it was 90 on a few of the days. Don’t let the no AC deter you, the house stayed remarkably comfortable during the hottest days. The owner(s) were very responsive and attentive. Definitely recommend!

5/5 Beautiful home, the most well-equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Not just fully stocked but Viking appliances, Ninja Blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, very high quality all around. The pool was fantastic and there are brand new municipal pickleball courts, basketball and tennis courts in the back yard. We had a great time and enjoyed the amazing 4th of July Parade right out our front door. Seriously impressed by this parade for such a little town.
