2/5 2/5 House was not as the pictures showed. The patio furniture had no cushions and glass was broke and very sharp had I not seen it I may have cut my hand on it. We were given one towel each for a 3 night stay which I thought was crazy. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for three nights as well. Then the one bed broke which had been broke before you could tell they tried to rig and fix it I don’t know how many times so they were aware of the issue on our last day of stay we reported it and no one came to fix it so we then didn’t have enough room for everyone to sleep so I was very unpleased with this along with other complaints I could say but I’ll leave it at this I will not be staying here again.

"Im sorry to hear of Kari's unpleasant experience & I would like to respond.
1. The home is constantly being updated (new 50" Wall mount TV in all upstairs bedrooms)
2. Patio cushions (10 sets)are in the closet with the board games.
3. The a chip on the table from a previous guest, no sharp edges that can cut anyone, however that will be taken care of.
4. 6 guest, 8 towels were provided(2/ twin bedrooms, 2/queen bedroom, 2/master bedroom & 2/ basement room) along with washcloth & hand towel. There is laundry detergent, bleach, washer & dryer for guest convenience.
5. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom totalling 8 rolls.
6. The queen bed was recently replaced(brand new) Mr. Dallos reached out to me Saturday afternoon(they are scheduled to check out on Sunday) to inform me that the bed was broken and that he could fix it. After seeing the pic he sent I did tell him I would have it fixed by the maintenance man tomorrow. The house does sleep 10ppl comfortably."Short DC trip
