3/5 I cannot give our stay a good recommendation. Our first issue was that we were charged 50 more in fees than the listed price…the listed price stated it included all fees though. I emailed William Hatter to ask about this discrepancy but he passed the buck saying I should get in touch with VRBO. Mr. Hatter (guest contact) was good about communicating but not solving our issue about the price.We liked the condo but had major issues trying to get it warm the first night. Temps outside were in the 20s. Raising the temperature on the thermostats was ineffective….and did not get the room temperature up to 70 until the next morning. Luckily, each bedroom had a space heater we could use so we were able to get bedrooms up to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The 2 baseboard heaters in living room and dining area were helpful…but one is missing the dial making it harder to change and to determine the setting. One other big issue we had on Saturday morning was that the Internet was out. We spent much time troubleshooting to no avail. Eventually, I called William Hatter again and he said the provider was having issues on the mountain that morning. A call to advise us of this would have been appreciated. We were only there 2 days, but having these issues detracted from our enjoyment.

Perfect mountain condo

Nice Condo
4/5 The condo was nice and cozy. Beds were comfortable. The balacony was nice to view the stars at night. The only thing was the musty smell in the lower master bedroom and dehumidifier being emptied during the stay.
